1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Budgetpup (the "Service"), operated by ZICKLE INNOVATION LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Budgetpup is a personal envelope budgeting tool that allows you to track income, expenses, and allocate funds into spending categories ("buckets"). The Service is intended for personal budgeting and information management only.

3. Not Financial Advice

Budgetpup is a budgeting tool — not a financial institution, investment adviser, or tax adviser. Nothing in the app or on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional for financial guidance.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at budgetpupapp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is the exclusive property of ZICKLE INNOVATION LABS PRIVATE LIMITED. Your budgeting data remains yours. We do not claim ownership over the financial data you enter.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZICKLE INNOVATION LABS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udupi, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
